Couture Jewelry Design awards Announced

The Couture Show in Las Vegas, is a show which tries to recognize the world's most visionary designers. It uncovers new and emerging talent and promotes the appreciation of jewelry worldwide.

The Couture Design Awards Ceremony is the signature event of the show and took place recently at the Encore Hotel in Las Vegas. The audience included retailers, exhibiting designers and guest celebrities.

The results followed weeks on online voting where more than 10,000 votes were cast which narrowed the field don to 39 finalists. During the actual show, more than 4,000 votes were cast and the winners have been announced in each category.

My favorite is this fabulous 22 Karat gold and oxidized silver bracelet with lapis lazuli, orange sapphires and diamonds by Arman.

The contest had categories for Gold, Platinum, Silver, Diamonds, Natural Color Diamonds, Colored Gemstones, Pearls, Bridal, Haute Couture, New to Couture, Timepieces, Men's Jewelry and New Trends. A full list of the winners with there designs can be found on the Couture Design Website.

Which is your favorite?
